- How does booking work?
- Browse the fleet, pick a date and a slot (morning, afternoon, or full day), and submit a booking request. We email you to confirm — usually within a few hours during business hours.
- When do I pay?
- There's no payment up front. We confirm your booking by email and take payment in person on the day of your trip. Card and cash both work.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes — pending bookings can be cancelled by you in your account or by emailing us. To cancel a confirmed booking, please email us so we can find a guest for the slot.
- What's included?
- Each boat's detail page lists exactly what's on board (cooler, GPS, bluetooth, etc). Captained options are noted on the listing.
- Do I need a license?
- Depends on the boat and your location. We'll confirm what you need when we approve your booking.
- What if the weather's bad?
- Safety first. If conditions aren't safe, we'll reach out to reschedule at no charge. Light rain we can usually still run — your call.
