Terms of service

Replace this template with reviewed terms before going live. Have a lawyer cover liability waivers, insurance requirements, weather cancellation, and damage policy properly.

Bookings

Submitting a booking request reserves the slot pending our confirmation. Confirmation is final — once confirmed, payment is due on the day of your rental.

Cancellation

Pending bookings can be cancelled freely. Confirmed bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the slot may be charged in full at our discretion.

Safety & conduct

Operators must be sober and follow all maritime laws. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons. Inflatable life jackets are available at the dock.

Damage

Renters are responsible for damage caused by negligence. Normal wear and tear is on us.
